Responsibilities

• Lead the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business, ensuring product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance.
• Own visual execution and translate brand direction into daily priorities and actions.
• Guide category performance insights using available tools and reports.
• Oversee sales floor and fitting room standards as applicable.
• Participate in talent lifecycle decisions, including interviewing and performance management.
• Manage direct reports including PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• In higher volume stores, drive performance and direction of the business.
