Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PINK team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain and improve visual merchandising standards.
• Coach and develop Brand Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on hiring and performance.
• Use reports and insights to drive sales and category performance.
• Direct reports as assigned and lead in high-volume environments.
