Responsibilities

• The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Specifically, the PINK Manager owns: Visual execution within their line of business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions; Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience; Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports; Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager.
