Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to drive IT infrastructure design, deployment, and optimization for financial services clients. You will resolve complex incidents, assess client environments, and document findings with preventive recommendations, while aligning release schedules and ensuring secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience designing and supporting SSO solutions and IAM integrations.
• Hands-on PingFederate, PingDirectory, and LDAP administration.
• Exposure to Kubernetes and Docker environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and document root cause analyses.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and produce assessment reports for maturity and improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost-efficient IT infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation.
• Coordinate deployments, environment readiness, and post-deployment testing.
• Coordinate maintenance, urgent fixes, and upgrades with minimal disruption.
