Qualifications

• 3 years progressive experience in the specialty may substitute education.
• Experience in IT infrastructure security, incident response, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and prepare actionable assessment reports.
• Contribute to scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure designs and document deployments.
• Coordinate release schedules, deployments, and post-deployment testing.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and emergency fixes for uninterrupted operation.
• Analyze performance data and support capacity planning to optimize systems.
