Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to join our U.S. delivery team. The role focuses on incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and documenting preventive actions, while evaluating client IT infrastructure and maturity.

You will design scalable IT infrastructure solutions, coordinate deployments, and contribute to security, automation, and continuous improvement across banking, wealth management, and insurance clients.

Qualifications

• Design and support SSO solutions using PingFederate for internal and SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
• Hands‑on experience with PingDirectory administration, installation, upgrades, and LDAP.
• Experience with directory schema, replication, indexing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Support high‑volume authentication, directory migrations, synchronization, and data cleanup.
• Manage TLS/SSL certificates, password policies, access controls, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with IAM integrations and AWS‑based PingDirectory environments.
• Exposure to Kubernetes and/or Docker.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and document findings with preventive recommendations.
• Prepare actionable assessment reports and support due diligence to document infrastructure maturity and improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost‑effective IT infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation for deployed systems.
• Align release schedules and environment readiness, execute deployments as per protocols, and perform post‑deployment testing.
