Job summary

TMV Global Inc is seeking an experienced SSO/Directory Services specialist to support the PingDirectory datastore in AWS. The role covers upgrades, security updates, and custom solutions, with emphasis on LDAP, data modeling, and high-volume authentication workloads.

You will troubleshoot directory issues, optimize searches, and participate in migration, backup/restore, and DR planning. Experience with Kubernetes/Docker and cloud platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, upgrading PingDirectory in AWS.
• Strong knowledge of LDAP, directory schema, indexes, replication, referrals, access controls, and directory data modeling.
• Experience troubleshooting directory issues, optimizing searches, tuning indexes, analyzing logs, and supporting high-volume authentication workloads.
• Experience with directory migrations, LDIF exports/imports, data cleanup, synchronization, backup/restore, and disaster recovery planning.
• Strong understanding of TLS/SSL, certificates, password policies, access control rules, secure bind patterns, service accounts, and IAM integrations.
• Experience running or supporting PingDirectory on Kubernetes, Docker, or other cloud/container platforms.

Must-have skills
