Job Summary (Ping Engineer - Richmond, VA)
Analyze, enhance, and support complex Okta Single Sign On (SSO) platforms for SaaS and GCP environments.
Collaborate with enterprise identity teams (PingFederate, PingID, AWS Identity Center, Okta).
Manage enterprise cloud infrastructure in AWS and GCP.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions for internal customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve high-severity incidents; lead or participate in incident resolution.
Develop automated solutions using scripts, pipelines, and server‑less cloud technologies.
Prepare architecture, standards, design, and implementation documentation.
Assess authentication services for improvement opportunities and develop action plans.
Participate in disaster recovery, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and maintenance to ensure high system availability.
Qualifications
