Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to support middleware and application servers in our US delivery center. You will join the Financial Services unit driving digital transformation with AI and cloud capabilities across banking, wealth management, and insurance sectors.

You will contribute to requirements elicitation, design discussions, coding, testing, and documentation while ensuring production stability and timely incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience in L1/L2 production support for middleware and application servers.
• Strong understanding of release management, incident resolution and change deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Apache, JBoss EAP, Tomcat, and Spring Boot.
• Monitor middleware environments for high availability and stability.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive actions.
• Coordinate deployments and patch management.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
