Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Phoenix is seeking a detail-oriented PIM Specialist to manage mature PIM and DAM systems, enriching product data and ensuring accuracy across platforms to support a seamless customer journey.

You will oversee data entry, asset loading, updates, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering for launches, while maintaining data integrity and documenting workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, marketing, or related field.
At least 3 years' experience with PIM/DAM/ERP and data standardization.
Experience with Agility PIM is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the Agility PIM and Oracle DAM systems.
Oversee day-to-day operations: data entry, loading assets, updates, quality control.
Research audit trails for data questions.
Support data requests from customers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering on launches.
Maintain data management processes ensuring integrity and consistency.
Document workflows with Marketing Tech Strategist.
Monitor integrations with DAM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.
Assist in optimization and enhancement of the PIM system.
