Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a detail-oriented PIM Analyst to maintain and enrich product data across PIM and DAM systems. You will ensure data accuracy, support product launches, and collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering to optimize product content and data workflows.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience with PIM/DAM/ERP, preferably with Agility PIM, and a strong eye for data quality and ISO-aligned practices. Onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Product Databases such as PIM, DAM, or ERP.
• Experience in Manufacturing and with Agility PIM is desirable.
• Strong understanding of product data management principles and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage PIM and DAM systems ensuring accurate product information.
• Oversee day-to-day data entry, asset loading, updates and quality control.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management and engineering for launches and data enrichment.
• Document workflows and maintain data integrity across platforms.
