Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a detail-oriented Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on day-to-day maintenance of PIM and DAM systems, data enrichment, and ensuring accurate product information across platforms to drive a seamless customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have aBachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field and at least 3 years of experience with PIM/DAM/ERP data management, including taxonomy and metatagging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with a Product Database such as PIM, DAM, or ERP utilizing taxonomies, attributes, metatagging and standardization of data.
• Experience with Agility PIM is desirable and data management best practices are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the Agility PIM and Oracle DAM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including data entry, loading assets, updates, and quality control.
• Research and analyses audit trails regarding data errors.
• Support data requests from customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for New Product Launches and maintain data integrity.
• Document and maintain workflows in collaboration with Marketing Technology Strategist.
• Monitor and manage integrations with DAM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.
• Contribute to ongoing optimization and enhancement of the PIM system.
