Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Validation Facilitator to coordinate pilot programs from planning through execution and evaluation. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity, and document learnings to inform rollout decisions.

The role focuses on small, iterative product changes, tooling qualification, supplier qualification, and material changes, requiring strong organization and communication skills to drive successful pilots.

Qualifications

• Project coordination / facilitation
• Interpersonal savvy with the ability to build networks and drive collaboration
• Attention to detail and organized workflow optimization
• Reading and interpreting part prints and material management

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead kickoff meetings for ECN-driven pilot activities and develop goals, objectives, and success criteria
• Delegate action items to team members to achieve goals and execute trials
• Validate due diligence prior to trials to minimize risk
• Plan and coordinate labeling and delivery of parts to correct destinations
• Track pilot progress, milestones, risks, issues, and feedback
• Encourage participant engagement and ensure a positive pilot experience
• Review trial feedback and outcomes against criteria to determine next steps
• Close ECN project plans with trial data
• Collaborate with product engineering, operations, procurement, quality, scheduling, and other stakeholders
• Assist with pilot part inventory coordination and planning readiness
