Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems in Ripon, WI seeks a Manufacturing Validation Facilitator to coord pilot programs from planning to evaluation. You will lead ECN-driven trials, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure data collection and learnings inform future rollouts.

Ideal candidate has strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in manufacturing and familiarity with SAP and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Project coordination / facilitation experience.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive collaboration.
• Written and verbal communication; documentation is clear.
• Experience with ERP (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Suite.
• Reading and interpreting part prints; inventory control understanding.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead kickoff meetings for pilot activities and ECN-driven trials.
• Assign action items, ensure understanding and execution.
• Validate due diligence before trials to reduce risk.
• Plan labeling and delivery of parts to destinations on time.
• Track pilot progress, milestones, risks, and feedback.
• Encourage engagement and a positive pilot experience.
• Review outcomes against criteria to determine next steps.
• Close ECN project plans with trial data.
• Collaborate with product engineering, operations, procurement, quality, scheduling.
• Assist with pilot part inventory coordination and readiness.
