Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years downstream or related plant operator experience.
• Ability to follow minimal instructions and support safe work practices.

• Willingness to work in shifts and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Interface with process development to support fermentation and product isolation challenges.
• Execute experiments and evaluate results.
• Perform downstream purification operations (centrifugation, chromatography, filtration).
• Set up, operate, and clean process equipment (columns, tanks, filtration systems).
• Collect and process in-process and final product samples.
• Monitor parameters, record data, and maintain batch documentation.
• Perform CIP/SIP and basic maintenance; assist in deviations and improvements.
• Collaborate with upstream and quality to ensure product quality and process flow.
• Maintain DSP consumables inventory and coordinate resupply.
• Follow batch records and communicate design parameters clearly.
