Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS with extensive fermentation-related experience.
• Expertise in bench and pilot-scale fermentation process development.
• Strong understanding of microbial physiology and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to experimental plans for fermentation.
• Set up and monitor lab- and pilot-scale bioreactors (1–4000 L).
• Prepare media, inoculum, and sterile systems using aseptic techniques.
• Execute fermentation runs following SOPs and plans.
• Troubleshoot deviations and optimize processes.
