Job summary

Entegris seeks a Supervisor for Product Development Engineering on the Gas/Filet Diffuser pilot line. You will manage a fast-paced R&D pilot line, lead technicians, coordinate procurement, and schedule builds with SAP.

Collaboration with engineering and supply chain will drive new product introduction and continuous improvement. This role requires a technical associate degree with 3+ years in manufacturing leadership, strong organization, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years in manufacturing with leadership duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pilot production line and direct engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate procurement, scheduling, and materials using SAP.
• Track progress and communicate delivery dates to stakeholders.
• Develop/new product introduction support and process improvements.
