Job summary

Entegris, based in the United States, seeks a Supervisor for Product Development Engineering/Pilot Line to manage a fast-paced R&D pilot line, developing prototype Gas Filters and Diffusers for direct customer needs. The role entails coordinating with engineering and procurement, tracking timelines, and ensuring smooth production through SAP-driven scheduling.

The candidate will lead a small team, work cross-functionally to improve processes, and ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field is required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree would be a plus.
• 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in a leadership role is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, SAP, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pilot production line and manage on-the-floor engineering techs.
• Support continuous improvement and new product introduction.
• Track prototype and production builds; communicate delivery dates.
• Troubleshoot defects and process inefficiencies.
• Create/edit specifications, work orders, and SOPs with development engineers.
