Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Supervisor, Product Development Engineering for the Gas Filter/Diffuser pilot line in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will manage on-the-floor activities, lead Engineering Techs, and collaborate with engineering for continuous improvement, NPI, and schedule adherence.

The role requires strong communication, project coordination, and the ability to work with procurement and supply chain to ensure timely subcomponent delivery. Strong Excel/SAP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-year associate degree in technical field (Bachelor's degree would be a plus).
• 3+ years in manufacturing setting with leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel and SAP; able to manage schedules and production orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pilot production line for customer-driven products.
• Direct on-the-floor leadership of Engineering Techs and cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement, NPI, process validation and vendor coordination.
