Job summary

RTR Pilates is seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead the growth of all instructors across the RTR studios in the DMV area. You will oversee the RTR Academy, manage the instructor training lifecycle, and partner with GMs to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned instruction while teaching 10 in-person classes weekly.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, KPI-driven program development, and ongoing educator coaching to sustain exceptional studio experiences and community impact.

Qualifications

• Brand & method mastery of RTR Pilates or a strong commitment to brand immersion
• Leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and elevate a team
• Background in fitness education, instructional design, or program development
• Willingness to travel within the DMV area for out-of-market training (100% company-reimbursed)

Responsibilities

• Lead development and growth of all instructors across RTR Pilates
• Oversee the RTR Academy and LMS content
• Recruit instructors through auditions/interviews and coordinate with HR
• Direct expansion training in out-of-market locations
• Teach 10 in-person Pilates classes per week
• Coach performance through quarterly and annual reviews
