Job summary

JETSET Pilates® is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will partner with the General Manager to lead community-oriented initiatives, implement studio operations, and maintain high standards of instructor delivery.

This role requires a senior-level instructor with a proven background in coaching and community engagement, with multiple opportunities for growth as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record as a senior-level instructor with coaching and mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in executing within a defined brand framework with high standards.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and initiative in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead local marketing initiatives and community activations.
• Instruct a high volume of classes per week.
• Coaching instructors through regular feedback sessions.
