Job summary

RTR Pilates in the DMV area is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to bridge strategy and daily execution. You will oversee client relations, optimize the leads-to-membership funnel, and ensure every reformer is maintained while upholding brand standards.

You will report to the General Manager and drive weekly performance with a strong emphasis on community growth. Responsibilities include leading RTR Hospitality, reducing churn, mentoring the coaching team, coordinating grassroots

Qualifications

• Fitness teaching experience preferred.
• Genuine passion for fitness and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relations and optimize sales funnel.
• Ensure daily studio readiness and high safety/appearance standards.
• Drive grassroots events and local partnerships.
• Teach and lead sessions 8–12 classes per week.
