Job summary

Club Pilates Clarkston in New York is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the studio, bring new prospects, and close memberships, private training, and retail sales. The role also focuses on retaining current members by delivering stellar customer service.

A fitness background is preferred but not required; strong sales experience is ideal. You will use Club Ready software and may travel for events as needed. Opportunities for growth within the studio are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Proficient with Club Ready software system.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the studio while establishing relationships with prospective members.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
