BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness brand delivering BODYBAR workouts across the U.S. We’re seeking an Assistant Studio Manager in Waukee, IA to drive membership growth, oversee daily operations, and inspire a sales-driven team that delivers an exceptional member experience.

You’ll recruit, train, coach, and lead a motivated team, foster local partnerships, and ensure a polished studio environment while hitting monthly revenue goals and retention targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience leading teams.
• 3+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Able to generate leads through events, partnerships, and referrals.
• Excellent communication, both in person and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by leading the BODYBAR sales process, achieving monthly revenue goals, and preserving membership value.
• Recruit, train, and coach a motivated sales team that thrives on connection, performance, and accountability.
• Foster local community relations through grassroots marketing, partnerships, and events.
• Create meaningful member experiences by building authentic relationships and encouraging referrals.
• Maintain a polished, welcoming studio environment compliant with BODYBAR standards.
• Oversee retail operations by coordinating with vendors to keep products stocked and merchandised.
• Manage administrative systems, inventory, and studio supplies efficiently.
• Engage with members before and after class to build a community that reflects BODYBAR values.
