Job summary

Club Pilates - New York is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to support the General Manager with new membership sales and class bookings. The role emphasizes acquiring new members and retaining current ones, with opportunities for growth in sales and management.

Candidates should have strong sales and communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work in person. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with a flexible schedule and benefits including free Pilates classes.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets in memberships and retail.
• Able to learn and use Club Ready software.
• Able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
• Fluent in English with excellent in-person, phone, and email communication.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Daily or occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process from lead to close.
• Conduct studio tours and build relationships to identify needs.
• Maintain personal sales production.
• Present services to current or prospective members.
• Book appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Curate content for social media platforms.
• Publish daily social media posts using tools.
• Participate in health fairs, openings, events to promote the club.
• Assist with ordering inventory and stocking.
• Other duties as assigned.
