Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support the General Manager in achieving studio sales goals while delivering excellent customer service. You will assist with lead generation, tours, follow-up, and relationship building to convert prospects into members.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Meet and exceed sales goals as directed by the GM.
• Conduct studio tours with prospects to build rapport.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing.
• Book quality appointments to hit monthly sales quota.
• Participate in community events to promote the studio.
