Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates Franchisee, is seeking a Studio Manager who can lead a high-performing team, grow memberships and deliver an exceptional member experience from first visit onward. This role requires proven leadership, sales motivation, coaching ability, and comfort with business metrics.

You will build culture, develop future leaders and create meaningful community relationships. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is preferred, and pilates experience

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or management experience.
• Track record of driving sales, growth and team performance.
• Experience coaching individuals toward measurable goals.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort using technology and reporting tools.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Pilates experience welcomed.
