Job summary

Club Pilates PARENT-PH in Aurora, CO is seeking a Studio Manager with a strong sales and leadership background to oversee Sales, Operations, and Member Services. The role reports to the District Manager and includes coaching a team of Member Support Specialists.

You will drive memberships, manage staff schedules, oversee inventory, and lead community marketing efforts in a fast-paced Pilates studio environment. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, restaurant, fitness, or hotel SALES experience.
• 2+ years of Leadership experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training staff in sales.
• Proficiency with Club Ready for revenue and attendance reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into free introductory class
• Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
• Manage staff schedule
• Ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
• Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable - Member Support Specialists
• Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
• Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service
• Collect outstanding dues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Any other duties as assigned
