Riser Fitness, LLC in Colorado Springs is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive membership and retail sales, supervise Sales Associates, and partner with the General Manager to deliver a high-energy studio experience.

This full-time role requires strong English communication, exceptional organization, and a passion for fitness. You will lead lead generation, manage schedules, and ensure outstanding customer service while upholding Club Pilates standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with ability to train Sales Associates in transactions.
• Strong organizational skills and data management capabilities.
• Able to work in a fast-changing, diverse environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive and increase membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Problem-solve staffing/scheduling issues with instructors and other personnel.
• Ensure that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures and lead by example.
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Execute adherence to all company policies, including the policy of at-will employment.
• Other duties as assigned.
