Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates - Evansville is seeking an energetic Fitness Manager to lead studio programming, elevate instructor performance, and nurture a vibrant community.

You’ll oversee class scheduling, drive member experiences, recruit and mentor staff, and partner with leadership to grow the studio and deepen member engagement.

This role rewards initiative, data-driven decisions, and a service-first mindset, with growth opportunities as the brand expands.

Qualifications

• Degree in Exercise Science or accredited fitness certification.
• Three years in fitness; at least two in leadership.
• Strong communicator with detail orientation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver about 15 BODYBAR classes weekly with energy, consistency, and community.
• Lead with a service-first mindset to create standout member experiences.
• Build and mentor a high-performing instructor team through recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Collaborate on studio growth by partnering with leadership to drive sales and local partnerships.
• Own the class schedule and manage lineup to meet client demand and maximize engagement.
• Drive performance with data by tracking KPIs to inform decisions and elevate operations.
• Oversee equipment readiness and coordinate maintenance or replacements.
• Foster a strong studio culture by engaging with members before, during, and after classes.
