Club Pilates in Tempe, AZ seeks a Studio Manager to oversee Sales, Operations, and Member Services, reporting to District Manager. The role includes leading a support team, driving membership and retail growth, and maintaining studio standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training staff.
• Ability to work independently and with Leadership Team.
• Manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, phone, and email.
• Adaptable to a fast-changing, diverse environment.
• Strong judgment to identify areas for improvement.
• Affinity for fitness and a professional presence.
• Solid writing and grammar skills.
• Highly organized with data management and deadlines.
• Trustworthy with confidential information.
• Team player with coworkers, clients, and the public.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• Willingness to grow and learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into free intro class.
• Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development.
• Manage staff schedule.
• Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Lead, manage and hold accountable Member Support Specialists.
• Proficiency in Club Ready including revenue and attendance reports.
• Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
• Ensure forms, supplies, and literature are stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Any other duties as assigned.
