Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates Franchisee in Tempe, AZ, seeks a dynamic Sales and People Leader to grow membership and mentor staff. You will generate leads, schedule prospects for free intro classes, and drive membership sales while managing staff schedules and studio inventory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience.
• 2+ years of Leadership experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Member Support Specialists in sales.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Leadership Team.
• Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
• Affinity and passion for fitness; solid writing and grammar skills.
• Highly organized with data management; able to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into free introductory class.
• Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts.
• Manage staff schedule and ensure studio retail/inventory accuracy.
• Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable - Member Support Specialists.
• Utilize Club Ready for revenue and attendance reports.
• Make high-level customer service decisions and collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
