Job summary

Club Pilates in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Studio Manager to oversee all studio functions including Sales, Operations, and Member Services. The role reports to the District Manager and will lead the Studio Manager and report to District Manager.

The position offers growth opportunities within a fast-growing Pilates franchise. Requirements include 2+ years in retail/fitness sales and leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience
• 2+ years of Leadership experience
• Confident in generating personal sales and training staff
• Ability to manage and drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
• Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
• Affinity and passion for fitness
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Highly organized, data management proficiency, deadline-oriented
• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Trustworthy with confidential information
• Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers, clients and the public
• Proficiency with computers and studio software
• Willingness to GROW and LEARN!

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into free introductory class
• Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
• Manage staff schedule
• Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
• Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable - Member Support Specialists
• Proficiency in Club Ready, including revenue reports and attendance reports
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Collect outstanding dues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
• Ensure all forms and supplies are stocked and visible
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Any other duties as assigned
