Club Pilates in Phoenix is hiring a Studio Manager to oversee Sales, Operations, and Member Services. The role reports to the District Manager and leads the Member Support Specialists to grow the studio’s success.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail or fitness sales and leadership, with a passion for coaching and customer service. Compensation includes salary plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience.
• 2+ years of Leadership experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training staff.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Leadership Team.
• Manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adapt to a fast-changing, diverse environment.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Schedule free introductory classes with prospects.
• Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development.
• Manage staff schedule.
• Ensure studio retail/products have accurate inventory.
• Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable - Member Support Specialists.
• Use Club Ready for revenue and attendance reporting.
• Make high-level customer service decisions independently.
• Collect outstanding dues and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and keep all forms and literature stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
