BODYBAR Pilates - Shadow Creek is seeking a Studio Manager who will drive membership growth, manage daily operations, and build a high‑performing team that delivers an exceptional member experience.

You’ll embody the BODYBAR brand in and out of the studio, recruit and coach staff, lead sales efforts, nurture partnerships, manage social media, and create welcoming, well‑organized spaces that reflect the brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing and leading teams.
• 5+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales with targets.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to generate leads through events, partnerships, referrals.
• Excellent communication skills, in-person and digital.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by leading the sales process and achieving monthly revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, and coach a sales team to deliver strong performance.
• Manage social media pages.
• Foster community through partnerships and events.
• Deliver meaningful member experiences and referrals.
• Maintain a polished studio environment and retail operations.
• Oversee inventory and studio supplies.
• Engage with members before/after class to build community.
