Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates – Shadow Creek is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Studio Manager in attracting new members and retaining current ones through sales and customer service. This part-time role requires occasional weekend, early morning, and evening shifts, reporting to the Studio Manager.

You will implement the studio sales process, manage leads, drive bookings, and contribute to social media content and community events to promote the studio.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong communication skills in-person, via phone, and email.
• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Available to work weekends and early mornings.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Implement studio sales process including lead generation, management, and conversion.
• Carry out member retention tasks.
• Achieve daily tasks, bookings, and sales quotas.
• Assist with Social Media content for the studio.
• Participate in community events to promote the studio.
• Log member bookings and maintain bathroom areas.
• Create community at the studio through engagement with members before and after class.
