JETSET Pilates® is seeking a General Manager to launch and lead the new studio at Park Avenue in New York City. In this high-impact role, you will drive operations, lead a passionate team, and enhance client experiences with JETSET's modern luxury approach.

Ideal candidates should have management experience in fitness or related fields, and possess strong communication skills. Compensation includes a salary range of $67,500-$72,500, flexible PTO, and additional perks like a free JETSET membership.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in fitness or relevant industries.
• Certification or education in fitness (group fitness, personal training, etc.).
• Clear, confident communicator with polished presence.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with POS systems.

• Drive membership sales, renewals, and retention.
