Job summary

Riser Fitness Studio is seeking a General Manager to oversee sales, memberships, and staff in a busy studio environment. You will lead all sales efforts, drive revenue across four streams, hire and train sales associates, and supervise instructors to ensure outstanding member experiences.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in retail or fitness sales, strong English communication, and data-management skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or fitness sales experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Strong organizational and data management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Membership sales.
• Manage staff schedules.
• Ensure that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and Supervise Sales Associates.
• Hire/Manage instructors at the studio.
• Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
• Review instructor evaluations and mentor/discipline as needed.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
