Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day studio operations and implement company-wide policies.
• Ensure service quality and a fitness experience aligned with brand standards.
• Run reports and analyze metrics on sales, utilization, retention, and payroll.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to acquire clients and meet goals.
• Oversee hiring, training, and career growth of instructors and leads.
• Create and manage class and staff schedules; maintain inventory as needed.
• Plan team meetings and events to foster a collaborative culture.
• Drive performance on key metrics like classes, utilization, and memberships.
