Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Pilates Leader to guide and own the Pilates program, driving growth through client acquisition and retention. The role includes mentoring instructors, creating an inclusive environment, and elevating the program's visibility and success.

You will oversee personalized Private and Semi Private sessions, integrate all Pilates apparatus, and ensure top service and results for clients while maintaining administrative and studio standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor with reformer, mat, tower/cadillac, chair and barrels.
• 3 years of Pilates training experience and 2 years of sales experience.
• CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition.
• Ensure experience standards for the Pilates portfolio.
• Operate the Pilates business with an ownership mindset.
• Provide personalized customization in Private and Semi Private sessions.
• Integrate Pilates apparatus into session programming.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service.
• Complete client programming documentation and administrative tasks.
• Keep studio clean and organized.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
• Create an empowering environment for all clients.
