Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Bloomington, IN is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving healthier, happier lives. You will develop personalized programs, supervise sessions, and educate members on fitness trends while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience in Pilates program design and personal training is preferred.
Certified Pilates Trainer with Reformer/Tower/Chair/Barrels training required.
CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

Develops safe, professional client programs and drives goal achievement.
Instructs clients during Pilates sessions on safe equipment use.
Conducts fitness consultations including goal setting and program recommendations.
Instructs private and group Pilates classes and promotes related programs.
Completes administrative tasks for each client’s fitness plan and maintains studio cleanliness.
Keeps credentials current and shares health and fitness trends with members.
Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and motivate members.
