Job summary

Life Time is hiring a Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving healthier, happier lives. You will design and implement Pilates programs, lead private and group sessions, and promote fitness services within a welcoming member-focused studio.

The role requires a certified Pilates trainer with Reformer/Tower/Chair/Barrels training, plus CPR/AED certification and prior personal training experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience required.
• Experience in Pilates program design required.
• Certified Pilates Trainer credential required.
• Trained and certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients during Pilates sessions on equipment use and safety.
• Conducts fitness consultations including goal setting to tailor Pilates plans.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Promotes Pilates training programs, Group Fitness, and Personal Training to members.
• Completes administrative tasks for each client’s fitness plan.
