Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members by designing safe programs and delivering private and group sessions. You will guide clients through assessments, goal setting, and progression while promoting complementary classes and training services.

Responsibilities include maintaining studio cleanliness, staying current on certifications and industry trends, and contributing to a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stay current with certifications and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors clients during sessions on equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations with new clients to assess and tailor Pilates programs.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and related classes to members.
• Completes administrative tasks for each client’s fitness plan.
• Keeps Pilates studio clean and organized.
• Educates members on health and fitness trends.
