Job summary

Qualifications

• Comprehensive Pilates teacher training completion or certification on all apparatus (mat, reformer, cadillac, trapeze, chair).
• Minimum 400 hours of Pilates education completed through a certification program.
• Ability to provide valid copies of Pilates certifications and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop a safe, professional Pilates program tailored to each client’s goals.
• Conduct initial assessments and create customized training plans.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions; grow your client book.
• Collaborate with the Pilates Manager to build your book and ensure success.
• Maintain client records and coordinate with club departments for a holistic experience.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to Equinox members and guests.
• Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness and participate in ongoing training.
