Qualifications

• Certification in Pilates with mat, reformer, Cadillac/trapeze, chair and barrels.
• Minimum 400 hours of Pilates education completed.
• Valid Pilates certification(s) to provide upon request.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional Pilates plans for each client to meet goals.
• Perform initial complimentary assessment and goal setting.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
• Build your client base with the Pilates Manager and manage your book of business.
• Complete administrative tasks related to client management.
• Collaborate with other club departments to enhance member experience.
• Provide excellent service to Equinox members and guests.
• Maintain consistent client activity to achieve results.
