Qualifications

• Completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or Pilates apparatus certification.
• A minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education completed through a certification program.
• Ability to provide a valid copy of Pilates certification(s).
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a safe, professional Pilates training program for each client to ensure progress.
• Conduct initial complimentary assessment and goal setting to tailor programs.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions with clients.
• Collaborate with Pilates Manager to grow your client base and ensure success.
• Complete administrative requirements for client management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a well-rounded member experience.
• Provide excellent customer service to Equinox members and guests.
• Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
