Equinox seeks a Pilates Instructor to empower clients and elevate their practice. You will work under a Pilates manager to develop programming, education, and business development that supports a limitless career in fitness.

This role emphasizes high-quality client service, ongoing training, and a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include designing safe training programs, performing initial assessments, leading private and small-group sessions, and contributing to business growth

Qualifications

• 400+ hours of Pilates education completed through a certification program
• Must provide a valid copy of Pilates certification(s)
• Exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Develop a safe, professional Pilates training program for each client
• Conduct initial complimentary assessment and goal setting
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions
• Collaborate with Pilates Manager to grow your book of business
• Complete administrative duties related to client management
• Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness
