Job summary

Equinox Pilates Instructor opportunity offers a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you will empower clients to maximize their fitness potential. You will work under a dedicated Pilates manager to develop programming, education, and business development to grow your client base and career within Equinox.

You will deliver private and group sessions, maintain standards, and collaborate with club teams to ensure a comprehensive member experience, while enjoying access to top-of-the-line

Qualifications

• Completion from a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program.
• Minimum 400 hours Pilates education.
• Valid Pilates certification(s) required.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a safe, professional Pilates training program for each client.
• Conduct initial client assessments and goal setting.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
• Build your book of business through our member base and collaboration with club staff.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Equinox members and guests.
