Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to lead 50-minute, music-driven Pilates classes in a modern boutique studio. You will provide coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications for clients of all levels while creating a welcoming and energetic environment that reflects the JETSET brand.

You will foster authentic client relationships, celebrate milestones, and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver engaging, music-driven Pilates classes
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients
• Comfort leading a fast-paced, group fitness setting
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and brand education

Responsibilities

• Lead 50-minute Pilates classes with energy and safety as priorities
• Provide coaching, corrections, and modifications to clients of all levels
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive studio atmosphere and build member relationships
• Support brand initiatives, team meetings, and community events
• Participate in continued education and stay updated on programming
