Job summary

Equinox Pilates is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to guide clients through private, duet and group sessions. You will develop personalized programs, assess client goals, and collaborate with a dedicated Pilates manager to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Completion from a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program.
• Minimum 400 hours of Pilates education required.
• Applicants must provide a valid copy of their Pilates certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Develop a safe, professional Pilates training program for each client.
• Conduct initial complimentary assessment and goal setting.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
• Build your book of business through the member base with Pilates Manager.
• Complete administrative requirements for client management.
• Collaborate with club departments to ensure a quality member experience.
• Provide excellent customer service to Equinox members and guests.
• Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness.
